Matching Your Work to You

In this video, I speak for the first time about the two other businesses I’ve run in my life. Both were tremendous growing experiences but never did I believe they were ‘it’ for me. This time, however…this is the real deal. This is what I have been working towards for my entire life. I do have a plan but it is unlike anything that most others will be able to recognize as such. This video represents the first time I have spoken directly to the “plan” that I have most certainly been following.

Acknowledging & Learning From Mistakes

In this video, I speak openly about some of the mistakes that I’ve made this past year. I talk briefly about the pay-it-forward aspect of my work and what I learned from my first round of investing in others. This is simply part of the story. In the new Game, you will learn that you only ever have yourself to credit and yourself to blame for the reality that you create for your life. My intention in sharing this video is to make clear that I most certainly accept 100% responsibility for exactly what my situation is at present and to acknowledge that nobody in my life owes me anything. Also, to point out that it is in my complete control to change the parts of my life that are, at present, undesirable.

Missing Teams

This will most certainly not be the only video in which I speak about being a member of a team. Without doubt, I thrive most when part of a larger team. My significant participation in extra-curricular teams/groups through college, ironically, set the stage for being lost once I entered a world where finding “real” teams is very, very difficult.

Extreme Limitations of Labels

In this video I begin to discuss how limited my life had become due largely, to the extent to which I was allowing labels to affect my interactions with the world. While our society makes it easy to fall into this trap, this is truly an immature, short-sighted way to engage in the World. I would argue that these days it is more difficult than ever to try to pigeon-hole anyone into a single label. We need to evolve beyond this old-Game limitation by understanding that the only way to truly get to know people and situations is to literally make the time to be present and to connect.
