Words have the power to provide all of these things and more.
Is it a story you desire? Is it more information that you are craving? Is it a distraction that you are seeking? Or a connection beyond what you experience in your day-to-day?
Whatever it may be, my words are here to serve.
I can describe things, places, events, feelings and people. I can be extremely basic or I can be ultra descriptive. I can stick to the surface level or go deep, into the multiple layers of everything that exists everywhere all the time.
I can come from the approach of mass appeal and reference sports analogies, films and TV programs to help relate to and draw in the audience. Or I can be more ‘risky’ and take the road less traveled. Rather than try to appeal to the least common denominator of humanity, I am experienced at aiming for the greatest common multiple, in an effort to raise.
Raise energy. Raise awareness. Raise the bar of our collective existence by writing from a foundational assumption that what we put out in expectation is what we get back in a manifested ‘reality’. If the desire is to see more of the world of acceptance where thriving exists and cooperation, abundance and love dominate, I can provide words and stories that depict these things. Such examples can help to make it easier to expect and imagine that a different world is not only possible but already in existence.
I am able to give voice to the things that have none. Most notably, to the energies we feel but struggle to describe, explain or sometimes, even share with another. I write, allowing these feelings to dictate, guide, and lead the words that follow. Life has provided me with a plethora of experiences & perceptions from which to draw upon in my 4 decades plus. Times and things that we label as both ‘good’ and ‘bad’. Sports & academics. Travel and adventures. Marriage and divorce. Music and art. And perhaps, most educational of them all, a very real leap of faith taken at 36 years old to make a lifelong dream come true.
More lessons learned in the 6 years since that leap than in the earning of all of my college degrees assembled together. More ‘reality’ experienced than the protective walls of illusion allow one to see and live. Terrifying at times. Awe-inspiring and simply magnificent at other times. Humbling 100% of the time as I gain greater understanding and awareness of how much I do NOT know. Plenty of material indeed from which to create and share with others.
If need be, I am able to follow rules. However, I much prefer to soar free from limitations and constrictions. I thrive when entrusted to always intend and aim to maintain, respect for all. Assume positive intent, I say and allow, to grace our computer and phone screens, expressions that are rooted in love and a deep, genuine belief in a different version of our world.
